These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and NFCB Enterprises LLC (“NFCB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of nfcb.me, related NFCB-branded websites, mobile interfaces, and NFC-enabled products (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services (or the minimum age required by your country of residence, whichever is higher). If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@nfcb.me if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the text, images, links, and other content you upload to your profile (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant NFCB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate and promote the Services.

We may remove User Content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion, with or without notice.
Handles (the username portion of your nfcb.me/yourhandle URL) are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim handles that are inactive, that impersonate third parties, that violate trademark rights, or that match reserved system names. We may also rename or remove handles containing profanity, slurs, or otherwise prohibited terms.
Certain features require a paid subscription. When paid plans become available, subscription fees will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by law. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period.
We may change prices, plan features, or introduce new plans. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase to existing paying subscribers.
Physical NFC-enabled products sold or bundled with the Services are covered by a separate product warranty. NFC products work by opening a URL on the tapping device; they do not transmit or store personal information. You are responsible for the content your NFC product points to. Lost or stolen NFC products remain the property of the buyer; we can help you repoint a product to a new profile URL on request.
The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and branding elements (other than User Content), are owned by NFCB Enterprises LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services may link to or embed third-party content (for example, YouTube videos, TikTok videos, social media profiles, payment processors). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. On deletion, your profile page becomes inaccessible and your personal data is queued for permanent deletion within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g., billing history for tax purposes).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if operating your account creates risk or legal exposure for NFCB or other users. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when feasible.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NFCB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NFCB Enterprises LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email and/or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
